Family life is like politics, you need to woo your children, your wife and be relevant in their lives. Be a source of happiness, direction and hope to them . Renew your manifesto for every new tenure you are stepping into.
Do not position yourself as the lion that must roar for your people to hide, be the loin that protects them from what you do not agree to. Live as a lamb, simple and available for those who respects and value it.
