10. Others finishings to turn key stage(final stage).


Note: The formal contractor didn’t follow the drawings in details, that is the reason of doing some amendments as I mentioned earlier

*One of the frontage columns needs to be removed then the second one need to be in square shape.

What is on ground is very different from the 3d, even the right side, we can see a lot of cantilevered walls. Altering the existing the structure to the 3d may cause structural defects as regards reinforcements

Yes the client want something close to the 3D, reason why we are removing only one column from side A and B the remaining 2 columns is enough to carry the straight beam at the approach view.
Then we will work on the others finishings area to looks close to the 3D ( tiling, painting, land scaping etc.

Plumbing, electrical, roof wood work, amendments all going on at the same time
