The basis is that there is difference in sites/lands. We encounter different challenge but i will try and give a little break ddown.
Geo- Survey for 400ft:
Demobilization and demobilization of rig
Bags of chemical, Casing & Screens, Preparation mud pits b4 drilling commences
Drilling to at least 400ft
Purchase and installation of ready made screens and casing
Purchase of bags of bentonite and C.M.C. etc for drilling
Purchase and installation of submercible pump with panel ,

What Dolapobore is trying to articulate is that there is a range of prices based on the specifications of the borehole.
Boreholes can run anywhere from N100,000 to N10M (and upwards) depending on location, depth, soil type, treatment etc.
One cannot compare the cost of one with the cost of another, because all factors are rarely equal.
