Ahead of the September 19 Gubernatorial Election in Edo State, The People's Democratic Party (PDP) key players have started landing in the ancient city of Benin to fine-tune plans and ensure victory for the party at the polls. First to arrive at the State's capital is the Former Governor of Kano State, His Excellency, Senator Rabiu Kwankwanso who was welcome by members of Edo State PDP. Kwankwanso's arrival is set to be one of many highly placed politicians in the PDP who will be coming into the state to back and support the re-election bid of Gov.
