Firefighters would always arrive late to put out fire, security personnels would arrive late to rescue people, my new girlfriend that promised to visit by 6pm yesterday arrived late after I almost gave up........Everybody arriving late in Nigeria, God help us.

It's obvious government is not putting enough efforts and strategy to stop this insecurity in kaduna state. Somebody somewhere is definitly cashing out on this insecurity.
