Stanford University leads a mobile team of doctors who bring free Covid-19 tests to Philadelphia’s worst-hit neighborhood: the underserved black community. Across the United States, blacks are contracting and dying of Covid-19 at an extremely disproportionate rate, and in some areas, they are not tested for the virus as frequently as whites.
