Good day... Please for those that know the two locations (agbede after agric and mowe along Lagos Ibadan expeess way ).. Which would be better I buy a land for residential purpose... Considering the fact that my place of work is yaba, I plan to go to work from home daily... Cost is not a factor to be considered .. Thanks

Agbede has bad road problems, when it rains it's a total write off
I don't know about ojodu though

But in agbede they enjoy light there, you must know the exact time they're gonna bring the light , and it's unfailingly except it's faulty
And food items are cheap in agbede

Don't know much about ojodu

Light and food plus security __is for agbede , but their problem is good road
If you have a high car then you're good
