Veteran Nollywood actor, Tony Umez who’s been making the trend list in recent days, has finally opened a Twitter account much to the amazement of fans and social media users.

The movie star famously known for his ”Hopeless Romantic’‘ roles became a hot topic of discussion online over the past few weeks, courtesy of Big Brother Naija 2020 housemate, Ozo.

Umez who said he has heard a lot about Netizens on Twitter, joined the micro-blogging platform and shared a video via @toneroangel to prove that it is really his handle.

He enjoined fans to be nice and welcome him.

“Welcome me with love guys Smiling face with open mouth #Tonyumez”, he captioned the video.
This is coming at a time that he is being compared with BBNaija housemate Ozo over the extent he is willing to go to prove his love for fellow housemate, Nengi.

Fans made sure to reference this, stating how they believe Ozo made Mr Tony Umez to eventually open an account.
