Shouldn't eat? Once the head is gone, the rest is history. Most snakes' venom are proteinous, once inside our body, they are reduced to peptides and are harmless. They can only become problem If they(venoms) find their way directly into one's bloodstream without first being digested. Aside that, u are good to go. Not a lover of snake meat though.
