it is not a case of nnpc sabi lie. It's a case of everything in Nigeria been political. From the report it is obvious that they are withholding the true report. There is zero respect for human life in Nigeria. Sueing them with this evidence should be the next thing. 23 persons dead and a complete school razed down. Who will be responsible for this?
