good day everyone pls I need urgent help my canon CX pro charges very slow its battery capacity is 3750 at times it charges just 30%in 3hours pls is it normal or is there a problem

The fast charging mechanism is possibly damaged. Give it to an expert phone repairer. Not those roadside kids claiming phone repairer.

Only few people can fix it.

Maybe you're using a fake charger. Consider switching to another charger before u take for repair

True talk
Same thing happened to me thought it was a fault from the phone but it was from the charger
Later changed the charger and it was back to normal
