It's a murder and not suicide... Look at the cigarette still in her hands... With the chair falling sideways... Normally the chair would not fall... And the gun would have drop from her hand but still in her hand shows it was put there by someone else...

Murder..

People who commit suice do it by hanging themselves, poisoning or just jumping off a building or bridge..

Suicide indoors usually are not gory.. cuz most time it is by poisoning or hanging.. though people shoot themselves

From my point of view cuz I'm not a detective I sense murder.. looks like someone made her write a note to look like it was suicide and then smashed her head to the wall leaving her dead

If that's a knife on her right hand.. then it's crystal clear is was murder as there is no blood stain on it.. the killer put it in her hand

Simple! The gun was planted to make it look like suicide.

This is Murder.... The angle of the blood on the wall shows a direct shot to the forehead, its very impossible for such shot from the positioning of the gun.

Then look at the angle of the blood on the wall and the body on the floor, any one shot in such position (straight shot) or even suicidal shot (which is very untrue) wouldn't be lying perfectly on the floor but will fall sitting or probably to her side.

This is murder with poor attempt at cover up!

It was the cigarette in her left hand that shot her...it was a muderous sucide

it depends on the height of that person with respect to the blood shielded on the wall,if it had being a murder the person would have knelt down to beg with fear despite the fact that it was a girl in that picture.my conclusion is that it was a suicide.
