My elder brother barbed his hair a few days ago. During barbing, he was feeling pains in his head and there were some white pigments noticed in his hair after barbing. Also there were some noticeable bald spots observed on his head. When his hair is full, these noticeable bald spots dont grow hair at all and this doesn't seem normal. After barbing his hair during washing with tetmosol soap, his head was feeling pepperish.
This afternoon when brushing his hair, he noticed dandruff-like particules falling off his head.

He has used medicated soap (tetmosol), dermatol and other hair treatment creams but there's been no significant improvement.

Doctors, dermatologists and hair treatment specialists in the house, please give suggestions to what could be the cause of this and treatments/solutions. Thank you and God bless you greatly.

Hmm, embarrassing situation there.
