Approval was koko for the Kano-Dutse-Katsina-Jibia and to Maradi project but it means nothing for the Umiahia-Bende-Ohafia road. Them take hypocrisy swear for una ni?

Aba-Port Harcourt road is currently under construction now. The project was awarded during the Jonathan administration and the Buhari government upgraded and augmented the project in 2018. I inspected section four of the project (Enugu to PH) earlier this year. The project is being handled by CCECC.
