You have probably seen those girls that have gigantomastia from Ghana, Kenya or Zambia who are asking for donations for breast reduction surgery... because they are from a poor family based in a remote village somewhere. In the last 5 months, I have seen like 5 cases on the internet. I wanted to ask this, because alot of men I know like breast. Are these people for real or are they scammers? Yes the girls are for real but... is it a way of collecting money from people for reasons unrelated to the supposed surgery? And why don't these girls go to Gigantomastia Foundation based in Kenya instead of asking for donations, if the money is trully meant for breast reduction surgery? Please share your thoughts on this issue

It is not good to generalize things... all men are not the same; I don't like big breast. I don't think the girls are scammers. Maybe the gigantomastia foundation will not answer them if they try to contact them; maybe because the foundation already have so many other cases on their hands
