Well, it has happened to me. Just slowly fade out of the picture and get as far away from them as possible. Remember, the keyword is to slowly/gradually fade out of the picture.

hhhmmm, simply tell him to leave the girl she is not worth the stress. if she could stoop as low as to date his friend, then she is not the type of girl worth defending or fighting for. as for the friend he should do a way with him, such a friend cannot be trusted. he might even try it on his wife when you friend gets married.
