Dr Mumbi is so funny. She kept saying the "divided states." This news broke about 2 weeks ago here on Nairaland but some Nairalanders thought that it was only Nigerians that were being restricted to a 2 year student visa but it was practically most Black African countries.

I agree with Dr Mumbi that this is good news. There are so many Nigerians who studied in the United States and England and yet when they got back to Nigeria, they couldn't find jobs. Studying in America is expensive and does not guarantee that you will end up finding a well paying job.
