Most Nigerians don't care about tech literacy. A country should first attain a level of wealth before her citizens can become picky about the products they consume.
Remove those trash devices and how many Nigerians can have internet access?
Even the Nigerians that use iPhones and Samsung products most of them are bought second hand. Products that have been discarded by US and UK users Nigerians will buy it and start calling others mediocre.
