I had a CGPA of 3.63. I had D in two 3units courses. I was so happy make I no lie because I escaped F and because I was on a second class upper since people have made me believe that first class is for the brilliant people and a second class upper isn't bad for average students like me

I had a 3.75 out of a 5.0, I was happy though I wanted more. My 200l results were the worst ones I had.

Better stick to that promise you made yourself.

And most importantly, of lecturers say you should answer "yes" in exam, don't answer "yeah" even if it means the same.

And depending on your lecturer, keep any new knowledge to yourself until after you grad or don't offer his/her course (found out the hard way).

Haha thanks for the advice

First semester results made me realize all my efforts put in for 100L was a waste.
Three 3 unit course and a 2 unit course (English) F, GPA at second class lower (I stopped calculating after this nonsense).

I'm still wondering how I failed English after buying the books, doing C.A., attending class like a fool and writing the Exam (objective questions worth 60mks at that!!!).

HOD then wasn't helping matters.

After listening to the advice of my course advisor and some seniors, I decided to follow the system, even though it felt wrong. 200L things started to change (1 carryover), 300L no carryovers. Hoping to ace my internship while learning some skills just in case.

so you failed use of english:GST111. Try your best not to have any C/O in the remaining semesters. Goodluck in your academic pursuit.

I was happy because all the hardwork i did turned out great , i was happy cause all the tutorials i attended and the night class was not for waste. My year one was super easy for me.

Mine was funny and shocking at the same time
I had Straight A's in all the courses except math111 which their hod held our department results for reasons Best known to him. Having smashed all other courses I wasn't expecting anything different from math and my cgpa then was 4.9. When math department finally released our results, I was surprised to a C, which in turn drop my cgpa to 4.4
Only God knew how I survived after they shattered my dream of 5.0

I'm still in shock how I got that result till today
3.5 GPA
Me wey no dey write attendance
I entered school first 2weeks made friends and boom I didn't enter again until I had to submit assignment or until test time
Thank God for my two friends sha they were my plug
I was lost through out that year because I was in a new state but thank God sha I won't try it again

Started with a 3.12 lol �.... Finished last year with 4.25

My 100 level first semester GPA was 3.90... I actually aimed at 4.70, so I felt a bit disappointed but wasn't discouraged.
Alhamdulilah, I completed the degree with a CGPA of 4.65!

My advice to all young chaps is to never give up on their goals...

100L 1st semester: 4.1 Was happy but i know i should have better.
100l 2nd semester: 3.25 i was so shocked. a downgrade was expected but never taught it will go that low.
200l 1st semester: 4.4 i expected more but i still thanked God. waiting for 2nd semester.

More important to understanding what you are taught is knowing how to answer exam questions. I *knew* and *understood* most of the courses we offered in first semester (they were just like revision to me) but ended up with 3.2GP. I made up for mistakes with a better grade of 4.3 in second semester making my current CGPA 3.75 with 8 semesters left.

haha..very much holding on to it..part 4/5 already

I had 3.79 on a 4 point scale , I hope to do better when school resumes for second semester

1.50 and was kicked out of my department to another department
