INTRODUCTION
Nigeria is the most populous country in Africa along with immense natural and human capital resources. But, unfortunately, the citizens from this oil rich country find it difficult to get their heart desired job placements, especially in the Oil & Gas Industry and other allied Industrial Sectors despite being the major host of the International Oil & Gas Companies (IOCs).

The growing problem of unemployment in the country has contributed largely to the worsening problem of poverty among the citizenry. There is no doubt, unemployment leads to frustration and disenchantment, which may result in different levels of crime in a futile attempt to escape pains and humiliation of lack. To worsen the situation further, Universities have continued to produce millions of unemployable graduates who lack in-depth knowledge and requisite practical skills required to meet industries' job demands. In an attempt to fill the gap created by unavailability of indigenous skilled manpower, many indigenous and Multi-National Companies (MNOCs) have continued to smuggle into Nigeria foreign artisans to fill existing gaps which further encourages unemployment!

The only way this will not continue is; we embrace professional career development and employability skill acquisition. We have to empower people especially, those in the age range of 50 years and bellow, say to 15 years, on practical skills. In furtherance, provide them with internationally recognized certifications that will enable them compete vehemently anywhere in the world.

In light of this, DESLOG TRAINING CONSULTING LIMITED, in association with her local and international partners, has launched “TRAIN4JOBS Program” as our own contribution to ending poverty in Nigeria.

HOW IT WORKS
In this program, every participant is presented with 2 options to choose from

OPTION 1
Participants are to train in any of the “preselected courses in the COMBO PACKAGE” and pay only the discounted fee as shown in the Combo Package area and save the rest (Please click provided link and scroll to combo package).

Interested participants are to choose “any 2 - 4 professional courses of their choice from the list of courses provided in the GOLD PACKAGE” and pay only the subsidized fee.

HOW THE GOLD PACKAGE FUNCTIONS?
Participant are to “choose any 2, 3 or 4 Courses of their choice from the list of courses” as provided below and pay a highly subsidized fee of “₦50,000 for two (2) Courses, ₦75,000 for three (3) Courses and ₦100,000 for four (4) Courses respectively.” No hidden charges.
