An engineering firm is presently in need of a Customer Relationship Management officer.

Location: Lagos.

Job Requirement:

- B. Sc. / HND degree in mass communication.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Must have proven experience in:
Developing and delivering CRM strategies.
Creating high quality reports and documentation.
Using CRM tools for data mining, capturing and management.
Attending to both internal and external audiences.
Digital Marketing, content development, Newsletter Writing, Graphic designs etc.
