Good day,few months ago I purchased your product,I told you what I had faced with other inverters and you told me yours is different,supplied and I paid you.I laid my first complain 2 days after installation and it took more than a month for you to come over and replace(under warranty),I bought your 500watts device,I use only for my LED TV which is 80watts and decoder 10watts.That is all I needed it for since the package comes with a fan.After you installed the second one,I sent you a chat after 2 days that the device refuse to completely charge after 2 days,I got no reply.on the third day,your device stopped powering my LED TV,all it could do was the fan and the bulb you installed,I have waited for you to reply chats,all to no avail.90k+ isn’t child’s play in today’s Nigeria.....please do not make it sound as you are doing me a favor,reason I asked for a physical office were I can go and lay my complaints!!!There is a big difference between being patient and being fooled!!!
