Wrong headline. Police Act 2020 was signed last month as confirmed by the reporter, meaning that Police Act 2020 was not in existence as at when the case was filed at the Federal High Court. So, how could a non existing Act be a subject matter in a court of law? It would have been better the reporter provides us with the copy of the judgement order of at least produced a direct quote of the judgement not his/her interpretation of the judgment. 9 Likes |

10,000 people's hopes have been dashed Well, in the light of the new development around the police, a fresh recruitment should be conducted with proper screening and psychological vetting of applicants and a firm orientation that they wont have the power or authority to be harassing and extorting the people on the street Another opportunity for a better start What's tha business? |
