The bedrock of Nigeria problem lies in the division between her southern and Northern hemisphere.. The truth is that till this issue is sorted out, no reasonable advancement will be made by this country ..

Let no one decieve you that Nigeria is still a young country , this Nation have great resources and manpower more than many great Nations you hear today but structural and leadership issues has made her progress relatively slow..



Wayward, I strongly believe that there should be restructuring of this nation into 2 zones , the South and the North, this zones should be allowed to choose their structure and leadership styles..

The president becomes just ceremonial with no actual power , the main power rests on the prime ministers..

The only tie between the North and the south should be just resource allocation, the military , police and other paramilitaries should be different.


In the south, will propose

1.scrapping of governors , senators and Reps. They must be replaced by Mayors for each state , MPs who will both represent their state , region, Southern zone and the entire country..


2. Rotation of the Prime minister among the 3 regions

3. Different police command in each region with different uniforms and Norms.

4. Strengthen the institutions to take full control of policies and implementation.. For example Mayor of Edo will only propose his visions and decide on projects but will shift it to the institutions for implementation and enforcement.

5. Cabinet of the prime minister drawn equally from each state..


This is my idea and am thinking of writing a book on this..


We are not cursed as a nation, we deserve to live like Dubai, South Korea, Austrians , Australia , Canada and other successful country..
