Round 2 Federal Government Vs The Nigerian Youths by KizitoMike(m): 10:28am On Oct 16, 2020
ROUND TWO...

Today came with lots of plans from the powers that be, orchestrated to clamp down the activities of the Youths from all over the major cities of Nigeria.

From the Federal Government Shutting down the flutterwave account created for both national and international donations to sustain the protest, to;

The Government of Lagos State importing thugs into the venue of Alausa Protest in Lagos using Lagos State owned BRT Buses to attack the unarmed protesters and cause chaos, to;

A Lagos law maker warning that the protest might force the state government to declare a state of emergency in the state. We step down to:

The Nigerian Army spokesman Col Sagir Musa saying in a Facebook post that "The NA [Nigerian army] warns all subversive elements and trouble makers (protesters) to desist from such acts and restating that the military is highly committed to defend the country and her democracy at all cost." to:

The Federal Capital Security Commmittee banning any form of protest and public demonstration in the nation's capital for alledged violation of the COVID-19 Protocols.
We continue to move down to;

The FG reopening NYSC orientation Camps Nov 10, a deliberate move to keep the youths that just left the Universities busy and as well reduce the numbers on the streets, to;

The rumored plan of the Federal Government Shutting down the internet, and finally to;

The CEO of twitter, Jack lending his voice to the #EndSARS Campaign and directing his associates to make donation into a Bitcoin account in other to sustain the protest.

We've heard and seen lots of desperate moves by the Government just in one day which shows that they still believe in their analog and undemocratic ways of shutting Nigerians up and denying citizens their inalienable rights

All the above implies that there's lack of commitment on their part to fulfill all their paper and audio promises.

This is Round 2 and the Federal Government has thrown the First Punch to ensure that they shut the Youths Off.

The Youths on their own part have returned the Punch by employing their scientific and technical knowledge through the use of drones to capture all the planned and state sponsored attacks against them, creation of bitcoin account to recieve funds from any part of the world and making provision for VPN should the government shut down the internet.

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, PERMIT ME TO CONCLUDE THAT ROUND 2 IS STILL ALL SQUARED.

LETS WATCH FROM ROUND 3 AND SEE HOW IT GOES..
