1. Never accept help from a woman even at the point of death including your mother or sisters, it will be used against you in the future and respect for you will spiral down.

2. Never tolerate disrespect from anybody, always learn to walk away from whoever/wherever you are being disrespected.

3. Never ask for help, look within you for help. Only ask for help as a last resort and help sort should never be from a woman but a man that respects and holds you in high esteem, willing to help without expecting anything back in return.

4.Dump friends that add no value to your life and feel you don't add value to their life but don't hate them.

5. Never fear criticism, look for the truth in it, learn and grow from it. If the criticism is a lie or destructive discard it quickly.

6. Do what you want when you want and not what others or when others want. It's your life not theirs.

7. Cut off anyone that feels your destiny is in their hands and without them you can't make it.

8. Cut off anyone constantly putting you down or belittling you. You have your self esteem to protect. If they don't stop kick their ass

9. Avoid over familiarity of with friends and family (See-finish).

10. Never fall in love with any girl, lady and woman. You'd become a puppet instead focus on your dreams and aspirations

11. Never go into any relationship with women neither short or long term. Treat them casually and never get too close.

12. Never be addicted to anything (sex, pornography, alcohol, gambling, drugs, cocaine, social media, food, Television, movie)

13. Seek God earnestly in all you do.

14. Learn to give to those you love and those you don't, God will bless you for giving to those who have wronged you. There is a blessing for repaying good for evil.

15. Find a sport you like and engage in it e.g soccer, football, Tennis, running etc

1. If you are old enough, you will know no one is an Island
2. If you are old enough, you will know that anyone can seregun (male or female)
3. If you are old enough, you will know you can't do everything at your time or everything you want. There are people/time/relationships/outcomes to consider.
