Some EndSARS protesters in Lekki, Lagos are allegedly planning to hold "Miss End SARS" pageant amid the ongoing #EndSARS and #EndPoliceBrutality campaigns.

Some social media users are already criticising the proposed event.

Recall that Falz and BBNaija star, Bisola had earlier advised EndSARS protesters not to lose focus by turning the protest into something else.

Meanwhile, a Lekki protester says they know nothing about the flyer and proposed pageant. DANNY WALTER @DannyWalta wrote:

In moments like these, there will always be those who will beg to be unfortunate by trying to make a fortune out of people's misfortune. I was at the Lekki toll gate during the week and I can tell that it is all jamboree, fiesta, insha allah and vibes there, according to Tweeps. As far as I am concerned, Lekki has lost focus already.

That's how I almost blocked a friend who sent me his business flyer titled #EndSARS discount. My annoyance was that he used the image of the fallen ones on the flyer just for business.

The police didn't choose to, believe. I believe they have learnt that every show of force meted on protesters end up drumming more support from international communities towards protesters.

What do you expect from the average youth who stays up at night to watch BBNaija and use their scarce shekere change to vote and vote for Laycon and co but later turn around and claim that they are jobless and they have no money? Clear Vision and Sound Personal Principles is the major problem of the Average Nigerian Youth!

I said it time and again... these protests should have been suspended after the government disbanded SARS and acceded to the protesters 5 point demands, which we all agreed is well thought-out and the way to go. Thereafter, they should have given the government some time , maybe 1 month, 2 months, to see if the government will keep their word. If the government didn't keep their word after that period, then the protests resume again. That's what a matured mind would do. You don't in the name of protests begin to constitute yourself into a nuisance and lose the respect of your sympathizers. But when you still continue protest even after the government have begun working on your demands, you will surely lose focus and lose the essence of your cause.
Even the initiator of the #EndSars has asked for the protests to stop, but trust some Nigerians to always take a mile when given an inch!
