The management of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-ife have direct all staff of the institution to resume work fully on Monday, October 19, 2020.

According to the memo issued out on Friday, 16th of October, 2020 signed by the Registrar and Secretary to Council, Mrs. M. I Omosule 

"Further to the directive of the Federal Government that all civil servant should resume work fully, all members of staff of the University are hereby directed to resume work fully with effect from Monday, 19th October, 2020.

The following condition shall be observed

a. All staff on duty shall comply fully with the advisory on COVID 19 prevention such as maintenance of social distancing, regular washing/sanitizing of hands and wearing of face masks.

b. Receiving of visitors should be limited to the barest minimum and such visitors should also comply with the safety advisory.

All Heads of Department/Units are therefore advised to monitor and ensure compliance to the above directives".
