Windows 8, 10 and 11 has been known for their data consuming capability for a very long time, and furthermore has left most windows 10 users with no options than to avoid using internet on their respective devices or even prefer using the previous old version of windows (7). Though using older version like windows 10 wouldn't prevent your system from consuming data via tethering or wifi connection but it reduces the much chances of it draining very fast because it utilizes the appropriate settings needed to achieve that. Thus that doesn't mean that does settings cant be equally achieved in the upper front windows as well which is windows 8, 10 and 11.

Personally from experience I understand this can be so tiring and frustrating, hence the consumption of my data which I anticipated to last longer but when connected to my windows 10 drains at lightening speed hence this prompted me to do some diggings which I found helpful and about to share with you.
