BruncleZuma: If you won't talk, then burn everything to the ground now! vibbb: Tell me how is this possible IMMEDIATELY with the siege currently going on. Everywhere is blocked, many things are getting shutdown daily, economy is already feeling the heat. None of what you listed above can be done immediately and definitely not with this siege. The protest needs to stop. Allow and watch the govt carry out the plans as promised. If the don't after 1 or two weeks, you resume protest. Protest is now becoming some sort of jamboree. The govt has said it publicly that SARS is dissolved. The youths need to hold onto that and any SARS you see on the road carrying guns and harassing anybody should be lynched. Nobody will arrest anybody for burning a criminal, terrorist , kidnapper holding guns without full police uniforms. The same energy you use in gathering for protest is the same you should use in resisting police brutality together. Stop bringing out your phones to just video and shout eyaa! Eyaa! When a police man is harassing and brutalising a nigerian. Garther them and demand to know what crime the person has commited. If they refuse to explain, then you resist them totally, if the kill anyone, you kill them back. Simple. All these long unending protest is not yielding or changing anything. 1 Like |

The protest has been hijacked and it's not making sense anymore. Wokeness should come with tact and sense. We should be able to switch between online and offline protest to achieve our goal. The strategy that brought us here won't necessarily take us where we want. As it is now, the government has the 'peaceful protesters' where they want them. Everything that happened today does not look like peaceful protest, and of course the hoodlums are well in their right to protest. It's also better to demand for one thing at a time. Lumping all the issues battling Nigeria together and saying we are fighting for them makes us look unserious and with no direction. Every war ends on the negotiations table |

Angelfrost: Bros the mirage of problems facing Nigeria is beyond the 5point agendas been circulated in social media. What ever gain's gotten from the protest so far should be consolidated upon in a round table discussion and not continuous protest on the road. 1 Like |

Our problem has never been discussion with authorities, but those whom we have sent to represent us. They see it as an opportunity for them to eat out the national cake. Because our govt officials are so corrupt, including this president called buhari, he will dangle raw cash to those representatives and the rest will be history. In a normal situation, our local rep, senators, governors and house of rep members are supposed to be the ones negotiating on our behalf. But these so called representatives are the biggest problem we have in Nigeria. our demands are very simple, we want Nigeria to go back to its original blueprint on which this country was established. True Federalism. No more concentrating all powers in the center. call it a regional form of govt, na u sabi, but that is exactly what we want. watin day happen? na country we day so? |

Fash20:The leader will be bribed and it will kill the spirit of the protest..Check all the protest with leaders and see if anyone has been successful in achieving their demand ..the govt is a master when it comes to bribe & devide. Inside this leaderless protest, some group of people still went behind our back to collect money that the protesters rejected from a governor . our mind are easily corrupted when given the opportunity to be a leaders.. What the protesters need to do is to send some group of respresentative called the "messengers" their duty is to represent us but definately not our leader. |
