Most politicians know what they're doing. All Eastern politicians know atleast. My problem has been that the Fulani elites have a plan on total domination while the politicians from other regions have no single plan. So these fulani elites knowing that they can't achieve this easily, encourage and support conscienceless politicians from other regions to be the representatives of the people. When they finally get the full grip of the country, they'll do away with those fools and plant their own fellow fulanis across all regions thereby completing the total domination of Nigeria. The rest of the populace will be subjected to all forms of exploitation. You just have to look at the present day Hausas to see exactly what they hope to replicate. Pagan9ja- a pure Hausa man is lamenting about this but his voice is too small. The Boko Haram you see is a kanuri terrorist group that seek to do another 'Uthman Dan Fodio' in the north but the fulanis quietly handled it without bringing in ethnic division in the core north. They used them to discredit Jonathan and thereafter turned the case into a money milking industry. Fulanis brilliantly handled the Boko Haram case to their own advantage. Some Kanuris who know what's happening and are against Boko Haram were killed off. Those who agree with the fulani Islamic dominance of the north like Buratai are accepted and rewarded. Zulum is one of those who hate the destruction of his Kanuri Homeland and people. It's very obvious. Today Kanuriland is devastated. Fulani has no Islamic Challenger in the core north again. Shiite are majority Hausas hence the brutal clampdown by El-Rufai, another fulani. The fulanis have decided to move into the entire Nigeria at the same time. Wasting more time to destroy their plans is giving them more time to perfect those plans. This is why Buhari planted all the military service chiefs from his fold. If you don't kill that plan off today, kiss your ancestral lands goodbye. Planning a new Nigeria with the fulanis is a waste of time. You can't change them. Insist on division, let it be that Hausas beg to join southern Nigeria. Let the fulanis and all the northern muslims that accept fulani overlordship stay in their own country. Anyone who doubt this write up should copy it and keep for posterity sake.
That rail line to Niger republic must not be built with fulanis being part of southern Nigeria. It will be a strategic blunder if the south ever let it happen. You need not worry about how the fulani country will survive. They've got gold and arable land for agriculture plus other mineral deposit. Worry more about the safety of your own people.
As for our local politicians who decided to enjoy the loot with the fulanis, we shall deal with them after we're done breaking the serpents head first. They have the opportunity to make restitution today and ask for forgiveness from their respective people.
