The Vice President is passionate about getting a lasting solution to the crisis at hand it may take time but there's surely light at the end of the tunnel

The vice president was the one that actually made all the movements that led to the eventual disbandment of the SARS unit as he actually met with and later took the IG of police to meet President Bihari after which the unit was scrapped.
