Pt1
In the past few weeks, lots has happened and lots of lives has gone in that process, some with facts and some without proofs, but the good thing is the message has been passed, we want good governance nothing more nothing less. The #endsars is just an avenue to demand for this as it's evident that after the said SARS has been disbanded, people refused to leave the street and they were trying to demand for more. In the process of demanding for more, we(the youths) refused to choose a leader, to be led or have a central message. As a result of that, we started seeing lack of direction, the hoodlums (enemy of states) sees an opening and capitalize on it to destabilized the peaceful protest and we started seeing chaos everywhere. At this point we now have two factions. Peaceful protesters and hoodlums. How do you distinguish between them? When there are no uniforms or whatever to aid our security operatives to do just that? curfew was declared so that everybody will be indoor first.

The peaceful protesters sees it as a way of silencing them, they refused to go home. Is it their fault to disobey a lawful authority? (Well, it depends on which angle you are coming from. But over the years government officials has proven not to be trust worthy through their actions and in actions. Who you don't trust, you don't obey. It's human Nature.)

Pt3
On 20102020 as a result of pt1 and pt2, some protesters refused to leave the Lekki Toll Gate and they insisted that their demands must be met. The initial demand which have been met in pt1 #endsars which the government has actually ended and asked the disbanded officers to report at the Force Headquarters and a new unit SWAT will be formed to replace them and they have actually asked each states to go and form a panel of judicial enquiry consisting of Representatives from all the Actors including the youths to address every form of police brutality in the past, present and future. But they insisted on endsars without following up on the openings they have to address the issues amicably. It now leads us to the question, is this a case of an insurrection or Not?

What's an insurrection and the position of our laws on the subject
Insurrection is a violent uprising against an authority or government.
From pt1, has the peaceful protest become violent? From pt2 and pt3 has the peaceful protesters refused to go home despite knowing that “enemy of state” has hijacked it?
The position of our law Chapter IV of the Constitution, Section 33 subsection 2c I hope am correct, it has been copied and pasted here
Re: Endsars And Its Aftermath Let's Be Objective by sellers4buyers(m): 6:14am On Oct 22, 2020
Chapter IV: Fundamental Rights
2. A person shall not be regarded as having been deprived of his life in contravention of this section, if he dies as a result of the use, to such extent and in such circumstances as are permitted by law, of such force as is reasonably necessary-
c. for the purpose of suppressing a riot, INSURRECTION or mutiny.

Pt4
Forces (that’s what the governor called them, no one in authority has come out to tell us who they were nor give them a name. As I said earlier, I want to be neutral) came to Lekki toll gate and opened fire on protesters who are not armed but holding the National flag and signing the National anthem in solidarity and submission to The Federal Republic of Nigeria. As at the last time someone in authority came out, one soul was lost and several injured.
My questions
1. Though am not conversant with the military rules of engagement, but does it include firing unarmed civilians holding the National flag and signing the National anthem whom according to our laws are insurrected? If yes, we need to revisit it now. If No, then we need someone to come out and explain to us what happened and someone must be jailed for life for that, because that’s murder.
2. The CCTV that should have given us a clear picture of what happened was alleged to have been removed before this gory incident occurred, who removed it, who gave the order and why that time, that person or individuals should be brought to book, they are in the know.
3. The lights that should have illuminated everywhere was switched off at that odd hours, kini idi, ta lo pa ina and why at that moment? These are questions that needs cogent answers.

Will post pt5 later on

Your point is very constructive unlike other people that just argue blindly trying to shift blames to protesters not understanding all that happened at the lekki toll was outright murder.

A good point to seek Repentance. Thank you.

Miyetti Allah Fulani Group, Bokoharam and the Soldiers do not own Nigeria nor have the exclusive rights to Anarchy.

So shield the Sword of RUGA, ISLAMISATION, FULANISATION AND ANARCHY POLICY THAT THIS GOVERNMENT IS STILL PURSUING

AND EMBRACE FULL AUTONOMOUS POLICING RESOURCING AND ELECTIONEERING CONTROL FOR OUR 36 CONSTITUTIONAL STATES WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY..

GOD BLESS NIGERIA.

What propaganda is this clown spewing?

Lip service from Buhari never started today.

2 weeks and they are still setting up panels

Do you know that just a single public trial of just one SARs operative could have stopped all these?

Check the dates on the tweets I posted.

Pt5
The day broke with lots of pictures and videos circulating the internet, due to the trauma of the previous night, most of us didn’t sleep till day broke myself inclusive, trying to decipher everything from available facts and past incidents, it became evident that we are heading for a very long duel between the people and the security officers, politicians and anyone perceived to be anti people or tends to lend his voice in support of the government or any perceived enemy of the people. Indeed it’s going to be a psychological fight between the people and the authority.

Reasons:
1. Little or no trust between the government and the governed. It’s been like this for years.
2. Use of lethal force that’s uncalled for in pt4
3. Our people’s tendency to act before thinking coupled with the army of youths that are frustrated and most of them drug addicts and actively engaged in all sort of anti social vices in the society.

In view of the above, we don’t need a Jewish prophet to tell us what happened yesterday will be the likely outcome with Lagos been the most affected. Reports from Edo and some parts of SE cannot be overlooked.

What can be done
It’s evident that the police and other uniform organizations has been overwhelmed and can no longer handle the situation at hand as the youths has gone on rampage as we speak.
The military should please halt every form of force and start engaging the youths persuasively, we don’t want a situation where the military will be overwhelmed because as it stands the police institution that were burnt yesterday, we cant guarantee that the arms and ammunitions there are still in safe hands.
If this is done, I am sure the whole situation will douse down in few weeks from now if not days. Nigerian youths are not violent, the hoodlums are.

Am trying to objectively address current partinent issues sir. What you posted above led to where we are, which brought about lack of trust. We can't continue dwelling on the past, we need to grow past that. Thanks sir...

Sorry for the outburst.

I read your post to certain length and thought it has ended.. Sorry again for that.

Government are the real culprits here and never the protesters.

You can't tell a thug whose brother, sister, brother to a friend, sister to a friend, cousin, nephew, uncle to be peaceful after shooting them singing national anthem.

As yesterday morning, police were killing people on the streets, that's where all this burning of police stations started.

Only government can STOP this anarchy by taking responsibility and bringing the people who did this to justice.

Maybe, just maybe, it will stop.

Nigeria failed the youths

Am not offended sir. We just need to all come together and stop this. Because if we don't, it will not be funny...
