Sam Ameobi, younger brother of Newcastle United star Shola Ameobi, has joined up with the Flying Eagles squad in Turkey. Flying Eagles coach, John Obuh, told MTNFootball.com that the younger Ameobi joined the squad on Monday and even trained with the rest of the squad later in the day. “He will go along with us to Dubai, where we will play two friendly matches against Egypt and Saudi Arabia. We will therefore have a chance to fully assess the player there,” Obuh said. Sam is a striker who can also play as a left winger. He is the third Ameobi to join Newcastle United.
