If truly they are using Sharia, poverty won't be that much in those regions, even a governor was caught on camera taking dollar bribes, why are his hands not yet amputated if truly they are using Sharia

Which part of kogi do you want to practice shariah?
Take your sharia away because we are satisfy with how we live our lives here. We don't want hypocrites.

How do you practice shariaa in a state that practice democracy and not shura?

The hisban in Kano and the states listed above and their bastadd mullahs are hypocrites and bunch of confuse entities.
If they are serious about shariaa, they should tell their governors to stop collecting vat from the sales of alcohol because alcohol is Haram. If they are serious they should push for the division of Nigeria so that they can practice shura system of government which is Islamic.

firstly you need to realize we are using secular law in all-over Nigeria. The Sharia law utilized in the aforementioned regions is under state law, which means they can intervane/overrule Sharia matters. Sharia is not our constitution in Nigeria thus its weakness. But, atleast half bread is far better than none. There are many islamic law graduates and students in Nigeria, if there is no Sharia court in those states where will they work? it has a lot of advantages bro
