I don't get your logic! Sars is a special unit and I can tell you that even, criminals fear Sars! So, if it's disbanded, another one will come up with whatever name they will call it! I laugh when some idiots are saying end SWAT! The only thing that could have been done is to order them off street and must only seen to respond to volatile situation and that's what they want to do with SWAT!
