• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Present sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Meet customers acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping company competitive and innovative.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Supervise the Sub teams within the sales team to ensure they have necessary support and are working smart to deliver result based on assigned goals
• Work with the HR Personnel to identify the training needs of sales team and send them for training
• Coordinate OEM Events
• Assign target to each team member
• Develop Strategies in line with product lines and agreed review with director

Other requirements
Must have degree in marketing or related field
Must have a Mid level experience in Sales with 10 yrs minimum, 5 of which must have been as a Sales Manager
Must possess a hign level of Business acumen.
Must be skilled in developing close working and personal relationships with customers
Must have clean driving license
Must be Sales /Target focused
Must be a self -starter who thrives on working independently to achieve ambitious new business targets while adhering to company guildelines.
Must be able to demostrate sophisticated skills in negotiating and influencing ;showing resilience and a pragmatic approach.
Must be open to new business challenges and company initiatives.
Must be great at communication and presentation, time management and effective planning.
Must be well dressed(suit, tie, Polished shoes)
Must be fully literate in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Must have a solid Knowledge of website analytics tools.(e.g Google Analytics, web trends.
Must have experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns
Must be numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
Must have a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
Must be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
