1. Deadly force is used on deadly force. Meaning: Lethal weapon for Lethal weapon.

2. Less Deadly force to Less Deadly force. Meaning: Less-Lethal weapon for less-Lethal weapon. This could also result to death if not used correctly.

3. Less than Deadly force to Less than Deadly force. Meaning no weapon is involved, Which means that an unarmed person should not be tackled with deadly force or weapon as long as life of anyone is not in danger. This is the lowest form of force which could result to death also because of many factors. e.g. Bad health condition like high blood pressure or breathing illness.

As long as weapon was involved, he was a danger to himself and others.
