I know one thing for sure, driving aggressively on a newly bought car especially one that is turbocharged or supercharged can cause some malfunctions around the engine. But the other faults listed is definitely a factory fault.

New vehicles are not allergic to having faults..... Anything manufactured, can and would develop a fault.........
