Background about yourself
My name is Mr Wilson ughanlumen. I am the CEO of fl logistics. I studied management information from Cyprus
international school. I have always wanted to be my own boss so venturing into enterprenurship is a dream come
true. I like being creative. I will further describe myself as an easy going gentleman, honest and transparent. My
family especially my dad provided the initial capital for me to start with. There is no support from the government.
One of my biggest challenges when I started this business years back was how to penetrate into the market where
the likes of DHL, FedEx and other Logistics gaints were already existing but by the grace of God in addition to
working diligently and smart, we have been able to sail through. The Bible is one of the books that have inspired
me to date. One leadership experience that readily comes to mind was a project we were given back in Cyprus, I
was made a team leader and we were asked to sell the product to four strong companies , at the end of the day,
with my leadership prowess , we were able to sell to three companies. That was a land mark.
