Instead of this government to do better in governance and stop brazing corruption that has engulfed Nigeria. They are busy fighting for how to shut people up. Looking for ways to sensor social media. Social media has its advantages and disadvantages but it’s advantages far outweighs its disadvantages but they are hell bent on sensor based on it’s disadvantages just for their selfish reasons. Social media is here to stay. They keep comparing Nigeria to China but will not bring the comparison argument when it comes to development. In China, if a government official is found corrupt, he is sentenced to death. I think every well meaning Nigerian is ready to sacrifice social media and welcome it’s censorship in exchange for death sentence for corrupt politicians. This same social media was used to trace the so called hoodlum that were caught and paraded recently but erring officers who commit dastardly acts on camera are photoshopped. This country’s politicians are funnier than stand up comedians.
