The most irritating part of these is the we have been arresting them part .....
You have been arresting them or they've been sentenced to jail for 11 to 12 years ...
The reason why corruption thrives in Nigeria is cos people know nothing would happen ...orji uzor kalu recived fat salary while chilling in kiri kirir came out and regained his seat , Saraki went to court with security escorts while he was Senate president , Magu's case is under the carpet now same with the tinubu aplha ish...
Every country is corrupt , but the consequences keep them away , when there is no punishment for crime , even honest people would move mad !! undecided
How would u believe such when most of the politicians are involved

Ghost workers are not dead people. Imagine that in a government establishment, the actual number of staff who come to work is 200, but the government is paying salaries to, let's say 250 people, that means there are 50 imaginary staff (that don't exist in real life) with fake credentials, not working but getting paid. It could be some of the 200 actual workers that secretly double as ghost workers, cheating the government.
