Should They Really Pay ASUU Staffs For The Wasted Time?? by tellsblinks(m): 10:30am On Oct 29, 2020 |
It is important we address this issue, should they pay ASUU staffs when it is obvious that they didn't work. Covid-19 was the major reason why school closed for so long in Nigeria and not the other way round. The government called of the pandemic holiday recently. So in all transparency, ASUU is to be payed only during the time they are meant to work and they never did. Which is few weeks before lockdown and A month after the school lockdown was called off. Let's judge this, in all sincerity what's fair for ASUU LECTURERS?? Why would they get paid when they didn't work? |

Well... We can not really say they have not been working... All the meetings both with FG and ASUU excos meetings are also part of work. Moreover I believe they are obliged to be payed by the government par say the lay down rule of the constitution of Federal Republic of Nigeria. 1 Like |
