WTO: ‘Reconsider your decision now’, Fani-Kayode tells Trump for opposing Okonjo-Iweala

The former Nigerian Aviation minister has called on US President, Donald Trump to reconsider his decision on opposing Nigeria’s Okonjo-Iweala to become Director General of World Trade Organisation.

The PDP stalwart, Fani-Kayode stated this on his Facebook page some minutes ago.



According to him, he is a lover of the president but working against Okonjo-Iweala will earn him hatreds from Nigerians who love him and support his ambition of his second term in office.

I love Donald Trump and I want him to win the presidential election on November 3rd. I believe he is the best for America and the world and that he is the only one that is capable of standing up to China.



I do not however believe that he is infallible and his decision to block Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala as the DG of World Trade Organisation proves that.



This extraordinary lady is by far the best candidate, her integrity is unimpeachable and her ability is unquestionable.

Opposing her has upset millions of Trump-lovers in Nigeria and Africa and hundreds of thousands of Nigerian/Americans in the U.S. itself.

I hope he reconsiders.
