Please dos any one know what is happening to Lagos State Isheri Residential Scheme ie what is the level of development, what are the prices of land, does it have any potential since the flooding of last year, please any general advise would be appreciated.

The flood affected price appreciation over there and is now seen a water logged area,but i think you will still need to hang on ,if you laredy bought land ,it will take a lot of infrastrural development to make things happen,but i think it now aroun 6 to 7m
