My concern is that the PDP govt has not dim it fit to arrest anyone perpetuating crises in Jos, Bauchi, Abuja Bombings, Kidnapping in the SE and Vandalisation in the creeks and they are threatning to use the full weight of the law against opposition who has been alleged to destroy campaign office that I am sure does not have economic benefit for the nation at Large. What kind of leaders do we have in this nation? Always have misplaced priority.

These guys should just wake up and know that Nigerians are wiser now. The whole nation is tired of misrule in the for the past 12 years. Had the govt have not been biased against CPC campaign by giving them appropriate security details, the Gombe vandalisation who have been prevented, but who knows maybe it is even PDP that is causing the whole show to hang it on CPC.

When Killings were going on in Ibadan by Akala, rather than stop the violence this same Jonathan used chartered flight to transport a Murder suspect from prison to Abuja for his primaries. GEJ SHAME ON YOU. YOU HAVE LOST IT.

Having already incited his rent-a-mob "followers" to murder opposition contestants "suspected" of election malpractice, Ayatollah Buhari is currently frittering away the last of the 2.8 billion dollar fortune that he looted from state treasuries during his reign of military terror during Nigeria's dark 1980s, on yet another FAILED presidential toilet run, of course to be followed by another FAILED lawsuit seeking to overturn the will of the Nigerian people NEVER to be ruled by such an evil sadist again.

Predictably, the Seriki Baboon-dawa of Kutuwenji Village, Ayatollah Mumu Buhari, FAILED to understand that verbal or written incitement to murder bears grave legal penalties analogous to those of capital murder itself, meaning that Buhari's documented PUBLIC endorsement of mob homicide CAN AND WILL be used by prosecutors in the court of law, should losses of life or property damage indeed occur during clashes involving the mob of starving barefoot fanboys who fight over loose change thrown about at the venues of his rabble-rousing tours.

In other words there are SOLID legal antecedents upon whose invocation the Nigerian government can rely, if and when the time comes to make perennial mayhem instigator Buhari-Bin-Laden an unwilling guest of the state behind bars somewhere the sun never shines.  All who revile tyrants and revere freedom will certainly rejoice to see the Ayatollah Buhari go up the river to the Big House Cellblock, and many more no doubt pray that Taliban Sharia demon pushes his cursed luck to go ahead and try some violent chit at any time during his latest FAILED grand gesture of piteous arrogance.

Ayuba you are absolutely right that former Labor Union Leader and current state governor Oshiomole was as wrong as Ayatollah Buhari to incite murder, regardless of the context.   From a purely legal standpoint, both men are just one killing away from criminal prosecution, simply based on their documented public pronouncements inciting violence.

Regarding whether indirect culpability could be assigned to either Oshiomole or Ayatollah Buhari, over politically motivated killings in any given part of Nigeria, it is safe to assume that the common citizen ( Buhari ) is way more likely to run afoul of the law than would be the sitting governor, Oshiomole, who, by the way should have known better than to ignore the advice of his attorneys on the subject of reckless bravado.

Interesting! If most Buhari supporters were like you, nobody would be buckling down to take any actions necessary to rid Nigeria of the scourge of primitive politics.
Most Buhari supporters feel it is best to abuse, be violent and thuggish. Maybe you should consider what you support, or move to Ribadu, if you are really impressed by hip-shooting types; even better, swing to GEJ.

Earlier, this week presidential candidate of Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) the former military Head of State, Gen. Buhari was reported in the media as having urged  people to instantly kill anyone they found rigging. Governor of Edo State, the former fiery labour union leader, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole was also reported to have urged a similar, lynch-at-the-spot approach to polls manipulation.  And there are many more advocates of this approach especially among opposition party leaders.

Good politicking. More so, when the fact that most of the advocates of this fire-for-fire approach are in the opposition parties which, rightly or wrongly, have been wangled out of power at national level since the birth of Nigeria’s fourth republic on May 29, 1999, it looks like they just have to snatch it by fire or by force. But what about the social impact of those utterances? How do one establish a manipulator of the polls, instantly, without the apparati of the law? Whose duty is it, legally? Could this not be akin to giving vent to mobsters or urging touts and thugs to descend on lonely supporters of parties or candidates that are unpopular in given areas?

In a search engine, I once read an essay entitled, Democracy and Conflict Management, by Timothy D. Sisk (August 2003). In the piece, the University of Colorado at Boulder scholar notes: “Democracy is a system of conflict management because it allows for the resolution of social conflicts through the rough-and-tumble competition in electoral and legislative arenas, replacing open confrontation on the battlefield for a seemingly unending process of bargaining and negotiation within the rules of the democratic game.”

Sisk made references to several places that had similar political tension as Nigeria’s including Kenya, South Africa among others and noted that instances where such fiery approaches were employed resulted to dire social stricture including violence whereas in places where robust negotiations were the order, things went better – more for the opposition than those who confisicated power.

Buhari, by his thuggish approach, has become the greatest danger to the corporate existence of Nigeria. It is ok if he wishes to take his people away into the desert sands, but he will be faced frontally and decisively if he and his cohorts attempt to foist terror and bloodshed on the innocent.

We can observe that the country is moving into a near war footing, because of the likes of Buhari and he should know that nobody is smiling. Govt is making it clear that ather than yield an inch, Buhari will be met if he insists on the path of violence and thuggery.
Unreformed thugs, tyrants and old men with little morals like Buhari are better warned that Nigeria is a changed country where violence and bigotry have replaced with diplomacy and merit. Those who do not know the value of community are better off walking into the bin where they can absolutely self-destruct.

Thank you for your response, Ayuba.    My opinion regarding whether or not the blame for politically motivated killings that may take place in Ibadan, Port Harcourt or Nnewi should be assigned to Buhari is far LESS important than the statement issued by Buhari himself, which EXPLICITLY called for politically motivated murder throughout Nigeria.

By OPENLY AND PUBLICLY endorsing mob murder anywhere in Nigeria, The Baboon-Dawa of Kutuwenji Village, Ayatollah Buhari Bin-Laden, has wilfully recorded his own name into the roster of "usual suspects" who COULD  be successfully prosecuted in the court of law, on account of the implied liability that results from publicly issued, self-incriminating statements supporting public disorder and extra-judicial killings.

The useless Propaganda that will not work this time around for PDP has started. The lie on Buhari calling Sharia in Nigeria has disappeared, PDP and co are looking for a new one, and they found it, shamefully. Protect, guard your votes and ensure nobody steals your ballot box said in Hausa has suddenly turned LYNCH. Shame on them!

They know Buhari is not corrupt

They know the Islamist tag has faded, thanks for Pastor Bakare who even campaigned in the Core North without a stone thrown at him as incited by a Jonathan Sambo Campaign man.

They know his popularity has taken over the whole North and gaining ground in the South

The New Lie - Buhari said they should kill people.

This new one will have no impact on the Moving BB Train. Buhari Bakare have done 6 regional campaigns, and it was peaceful, no bomb blast, no averted plane crash, no tear gas, no stoning. This is the only campaign ticket that started their campaign with 1 week of fasting and prayer and so far God has been with them.

So did Buhari say people should kill election riggers or " Vote and Defend your votes". Is it the call to vote that is call to killing or the call to defend vote. I just dont get. Please in simple terminology. No plenty grammar. I heard buhari on that rally. I did not read sentimental news report.

Why would you think anybody has forgotten that Buhari is a red eyed sharia crazed bigot? lol!
Nobody has forgotten that, we make our point and move on, thats what intelligent people do. Every single man woman and child knows the story, its on every last voters mind, so why beat it? Don't deceive yourself about it.

Buhari has already apologised for the thuggish behaviour of his followers (little better can be expected from almajiri's), but the violence, burning and killing continue. In what country have you heard they throw stones at their Presidents motorcade? Is it a lack of home training? Buhari advised his followers to kill anybody the judged to be riggers. 5 people were killed in Kaduna, because they knew better than to say, "sai Buhari," they knew better than to hail visionlessness and stone throwing.
Every last one of these things re-inforce the dark image sharia zealotery has already given Buhari.

Dude, Buhari and his followers have been warned, you guys better tone it down, cos you come acroos as very negative, threatening, unable to converse normally and violent. An almajiri might want to dawn that aura, but it is no good for educated people who should be smart and intelligent. You people have created an image others shrink away from, live with it and make corrections.

Sm times I wonder why pple loose their brains. But the answer is simply bcs of poverty. The likes of beaf and jakumo would have taken some peanuts from GEJ campaign org for them to be talking rubbish even when the issue is very clear!!!

First, the issue of attack of opponents(Amosun) in ogun, the killing and riot orchestrated by Akala in Oyo, mayhem incited by T.A. Ojgi in Abia, the wife and daughter of Oyo monarch being beaten to comma PDP boys bcs they don't want posters on walls of their house, persistent killings going on in Jos and so are ignored by these beaf, jakumo and the likes. Even, the GEJ gov they represent pretended as if there is no problem anywhere.

The only work that Nigerian security apparatus is being directed at now is the Oppositions like Buhari who simply said ppl should vote and guide their votes, Tinubu that responded to the careless statement by a PDP president, the NPLF leaders for being an opposition, imam arrested for defacing GEJ poster in the north and so on. The question is what is the primary duties of police, SSS and other security agents in this country?

Also, this issue of Buhari growing popularity is already giving GEJ and his devilish mentors and group sleepless night. Even if sb says: kill anu1 that rigs election, I think the only one that should be afraid is that person that is interested in rigging elections.

PDP is a failure; they refuse to sign code of conduct that guides candidates behaviours during elections as prepared by INEC, they also reject every invitation to an open debate. Are these not clear indications that PDP is not ready to abide by the rules of the game as well as have noting to offer the electorates/Nigerians.

NIGERIANS, LET'S START THINKING!!!

kokogee:

, persistent killings going on in Jos and so are ignored by these beaf, jakumo and the likes. Even, the GEJ gov they represent pretended as if there is no problem anywhere.

The Jos killings are a human tragedy whose potential dimension is frightening to contemplate, Kokogee, particularly as presidential elections draw near for Nigeria.  No observer of the mayhem there could remain unmoved by the Rwanda/Burundi scenario that is unfolding in Jos and its locality.  Similarly, political assassinations by definition subvert the democratic process by eliminating the unwary, in favor of the unscrupulous.

The publicly issued incitement to mob murder recently credited to The Baboon-Dawa of Kutuwenji Village, Ayatollah Buhari Bin Laden, must therefore be regarded by the Nigerian security apparatus as having the potential to exacerbate existing tensions and encourage election bloodshed.   As was amply demonstrated in Burundi and Rwanda, verbal incitements to violence can and do trigger all out genocide.  If Buhari's pre-election war-mongering is not addressed by the Nigerian government now, it may wind up before the World Court, located in The Hague, Holland - the final stop for many an ex-warlord and embezzler.

Ayatollah Buhari MUST now be held responsible for any and all instances in which assaults, targeted hits, or mob murders are committed by elements of his rent-a-mob entourage, and, if such occurrences warrant the Ayatollah being fitted with handcuffs and hauled in for a spell, the world would be a better place subsequently.

The now infamous speech, in which Ayatollah Buhari urged his gathered lemmings to "lynch" all persons they deemed to have tampered with electoral materials, can now be regarded as sufficient and compelling legal grounds on which to DETAIN and QUESTION Ayatollah Buhari, at the discretion of the intelligence services, subsequent to which the ex-tyrant may need to be housed in a secure state facility for his own protection during the forthcoming presidential polls, which Buhari was destined to lose resoundingly anyway, in time-honored  tradition.
