A follower of CHRIST. I don't belong to any Denomination Well, I recognize denominations, and I respect them; however, I believe more in the body of Christ. I wrote you because I really want to listen to the views of believers in the 6th day worship (Sabbath day). There is a lady who is an Adventist here, but she has done no good in really explaining explicitly this concept. Anyone who approaches her is an "opposer" who she needs to pray and deliver. Really, I do not understand such. Let's leave the lady aside as she is on NL. I do not want to address her issue at all. But here is my concern: dont you believe we need to worship God daily? Yes, I can attend Saturday Services. Why not? I believe God can be called on Saturdays, and He will answer if our heart is pure. But why is the Sabbath day so important? Is it a taboo to worship on Sunday? The other question I want to ask is directed to the 7th Day Adventist, and it's about nutrition. So, there is no need. Though, I am still looking for Adventists (as many as possible) to share their lifestyles. I think I will just open a thread on it. Please, kindly share your thought about Sunday services. Are you saying it is not acceptable to God? |

He came to save/serve others who need help, without demanding reward from them. This is what holy people are supposed to do everyday. Those who do this are not bounded by sabaath. Though it's good to rest on that day, especially if you don't have much work to do.
Those who live for themselves and do other things that don't please GOD are bounded by sabbath. So they are required to rest on sabaath day and keep it (and other days) holy. Imagine the blessings they will obtain from GOD by just keeping that special Holy Day. GOD could even use the day to reveal to them what they are doing wrong and right, and help them repent and receive the Holy Spirit to start obeying sabaath properly.
