3. Avoid eating cucumbers during period cause sap in the cucumber may block period (blood loss)in the uterine wall&may cause sterility.

4. Your body shouldn't be hit by hard objects specially the abdomen as it can cause vomiting & uterus can be injured.

5. Drinking ice during period can cause menstrual blood to remain in the uterine wall after (5_10)years can cause "uterine or tumor cancer"


Vaginal Hygiene Tips

1.Wash your vagina many times as possible in a day and after intercourse.
2. Don't wash your vagina with soap or any other harmful chemical
3.Avoid douching.
4.Change your pad at least every 4-6hrs while menstruating.
5.Wipe from front to back after using the toilet but using water to wash is the best.
6.Don't sleep with your pants on when you're not menstruating.
7. Don't wear same pant after taking your bath.
8. Always keep the vagina dry
9.Wear cotton pants, avoid nylon and avoid very tight pants.
10.Treat any vaginal infection promptly and consult your doctor when necessary.
