ACCESS BANK takes up to 15min of call before they pick up (note that call isnt free)
they also dont reply on their social media

UBA will never pick your call (after consuming your airtime)
they do reply on their social media handle after 24hours.
so please house, suggest a bank for me

Gtb answers me anytime I call. Though sometimes takes up to 5-7mins.

Shit...well... From what I know they are all responsive.... Just choose a different time to call... The rush hour of calls and complaints starts around 8am - 1pm... Note you can also call around 8pm at night and you will be attended to...I have done it before just load enough card and pretend to enjoy their boring music...
Oh before I forget first bank actually wowed me once...I called and they took a while before attending to me and my airtime got exhausted...they actually called me back..it felt good..
Calling your bank is a faster and more convenient way to be attended to, your complaint is immediately logged into the system

GTB and UBA have called me back when my airtime got finished.


Picking calls actually depends on the time you called. If you call during peak hours, it will be very difficult for them to take your call but if you call during off-peak period, they can take your call in a matter of minutes..


I think UBA is the best because of their new package now... If you have a failed transaction and your money was debited and you file a complain, they will tell you the expected time of resolution and also tell you that if you are in desperate need of the money, you inform them and they will send you the money even though they are not through investigating the issue

UBA Has not picked my call whether morning, afternoon or night . Sometimes i spend over 30mins my card go just go like that

hope you are not a staff of UBA by telling me its the best. Honestly UBA was good before but from July i noticed their customer service was bad when i started having issues. Just pray u dnt have any complaint they go frustrate except u visit branch.

You can check my twitter handle @fados4sure and I made a complain last week and they replied me that if I'm in dare need of the money, I should asked them to send me or otherwise wait till Wednesday this week which is the expected time of resolution
