These people are so clueless and inept even in the simplest things. In one breath, they said Nigeria now generates 13,000megawatts while transmission capacity was still under 5000 due to poor transmission facilities. Now why would they want to engage in building more power generation infrastructure when they are not able to adequately evacuate the already generated power, instead they sell the much needed power to other countries. These leaders set reason from their belly buttons. |

Okay. Announcing that we’ll experience constant electricity would make for a bigger shock. Since I was born, I’ve seen twenty-four hour Nigerian light only a few times. |

Ravon:You people are still listening to this government of deceit, you can’t give what you don’t have, 2030 we will still be shouting bad governance and still experiencing power outrage, just check from 1960 till now nothing has been done to fix Nigeria, the old generations failed to hold government responsible this new generation tried to fight their way through but got no support from the same old generations which have suffered since 1960 till now, continue keeping silent they will mortgage your future to China 1 Like |

Reason why most developed countries will never elect a person who failed at business, evade tax, or dodged graft. Must Nigeria do everything by herself, why not go into partnership with some reputable power generating companies in Europe and Asia to build power stations, sign an agreement where they will run the company for a period of time until all the money put into the project plus profit is made? Win - win for every one. Our politicians no sabi business. |
